Terms of Service — ServicePilot

Service description. ServicePilot provides an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls on behalf of HVAC and home-service contractors at (855) 953-1770. The agent books a job slot on the contractor's Google Calendar from the call, sends an SMS appointment confirmation via Twilio, emails a call summary to the contractor after the call, and — once the job is marked complete — generates a Stripe payment link that is sent to the homeowner. Each call and its summary are written to our call log and CRM (call_logs, customers).

User obligations. Visitors, homeowners, and contractors agree not to scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the lead forms on this site or the /api/lead-capture endpoint. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, reproduce, or circumvent the AI call-handling flows, booking logic, or call summaries exposed through the site. You agree to use the site in compliance with applicable law, and you will not submit fraudulent call data, fake leads, or content you do not have the right to provide.

Intellectual property. ServicePilot retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the site content, branding, copy, AI call-handling workflows, and the underlying software. The look and feel of the site, the layout.ejs partials, the navigation and footer, and this terms-of-service.ejs template are proprietary to ServicePilot. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any of the above without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServicePilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site, the booking flow, the call summaries, or our inability to reach (855) 953-1770 at any given time.

No contractor outcome guarantee. ServicePilot is a routing and operations tool — we connect homeowners with contractors and handle the call, booking, and confirmation steps. We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, timeliness, completeness, or outcome of any work performed by a matched contractor. The relationship for the actual service work is solely between the homeowner and the contractor; ServicePilot is not a party to that relationship and disclaims all liability arising from it.
